Move Better, Feel Lighter, and Unlock Your Body’s Full Potential, without breaking a sweat.
Assisted Stretch Therapy uses guided, therapist-driven movements to lengthen tight muscles, release tension, improve flexibility, and restore mobility. By mimicking the natural way your body should move (but probably hasn’t in a while), each session helps you stay loose, recover faster, and perform at your absolute best — whether you’re in the gym, on the field, or just navigating life.
Give your body the freedom it’s been asking for.

What can I expect during my appointment?
-
Step 1
You’ll start with a brief check-in where we review your goals, physical history, and areas of concern. Your therapist will assess your current flexibility, posture, and movement patterns to customize your session.
-
Step 2
Using your assessment, your therapist crafts a targeted plan that may include passive stretches, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and mobility movements tailored to your needs.
-
Step 3
Lie comfortably while your therapist moves your body through controlled stretches designed to gently elongate muscles, release fascial tension, and improve joint mobility. You’re fully supported and guided for safe, effective range-of-motion work
-
Step 4
At the end of your session, your therapist may share simple stretches or mobility cues to help you maintain progress between visits.
F.A.Q.
Stretch Therapy uses hands-on assisted stretching to help muscles and joints move through ranges that are difficult to achieve independently, helping improve flexibility, relieve tightness, and enhance overall movement.
No — sessions are designed to be gentle and within your comfort level. You may feel a strong stretch sensation, but it should never be sharp or painful. Your therapist will adjust intensity based on your feedback.
We offer 25 and 50 minute sessions, enough time to target key muscle groups and address specific pain or mobility issues. Longer or series packages may be recommended depending on your goals.
Many clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions, especially when working on chronic tension, recovery goals, or performance improvements. Your therapist can recommend a plan based on your needs.
Almost anyone! Athletes, desk workers, active adults, and those with limited mobility can all benefit from assisted stretching — it’s safe, non-invasive, and supportive of overall wellness.
Instead of relying solely on your own strength or technique, Stretch Therapy uses trained guidance and hands-on support to achieve deeper, safer, more effective muscle lengthening and joint mobility.
